1 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
in a skillet brown your meat and onion
drain and add back to skillet
add in your seasonings and mix all togerher.
Then stir in:
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2c beef broth
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 c uncooked macaroni noodles
bring to a simmer and reduce heat
then cook for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender
stir occasionaly throughour the cooking process to prevent sticking
after it is all cooked add in
2c chedder cheese and mix well
Serve with crusty bread and salad
