Crepes

4 eggs
3 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tbs. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth.
Pour onto a buttered pan
and roll around until thin.
Cook about a minute of both sides.

Serve with berries, bananas, yogurt, syrup,
nutella, cream and anything you think of.
