Sausage and Rice Casserole

In a frying pan, fry:

1 pound of sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
Drain and rinse if you want.

Add:
1 c. rice
5c. water

Simmer for 30 mins. Stirring occasionally.

Serve with a green salad and fruit!
