Almond Mandarin Green Salad

1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head romaine heart
1 c. celery
3-4 green onions
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Dressing:
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. rice vinegar
2 tbs honey
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce-optional
(I do this if I am serving with Chinese food)
