4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
15-ounce can pumpkin
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Using a mixer at
medium combine
the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin
until light and
fluffy.
In a separate bowl
stir together dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin
mixture
and mix at low speed until
thoroughly combined and the batter is
smooth.
Bake for 30 minutes
Make Cream Cheese Frosting
Let cool completely before frosting.
Cut into bars.
